We will handle your repair from start to finish and ensure your vehicle is restored to new. It is our ultimate goal to restore your vehicle and peace of mind to a pre-accident state. WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT:
- It's a fact of life: accidents happen, and they are inherently stressful. If you've been involved in an accident, you must stay calm and check to see if anyone needs medical attention. Call the police and file an accident report (especially if the accident is not your fault). Filing a police report doesn't obligate you to go through insurance but will be most helpful if you decide to file a claim.
- Call the ROCKLAND HYUNDAI COLLISION CENTER. We will guide you step-by-step through the process of deciding whether to file a claim, go through your insurance, or file with the other parties' insurance. At Rockland Hyundai, we work with all insurance companies. We also guarantee all our repairs.
- If your car isn't drivable and the police have it towed away - don't worry. Take down all information related to where your vehicle is being towed. We can make arrangements the next day to have your vehicle transported to our facility. Once your vehicle arrives, we will begin our evaluation and note areas of damage to your insurance adjuster.
- Please remember the following: it is your legal right to choose where your vehicle will be repaired. It is an illegal act for an insurance company to "steer" or dictate where your vehicle can be repaired. Your Hyundai is not generic and is actually "one of a kind." Due to our intimate familiarity with Hyundai models and engineering, Rockland Hyundai is far superior to your ordinary repair shop.
- Our collision center is ASE and I-Car Certified with the latest technological advances for diagnosing and repairing Hyundai vehicles. We will confidently restore your vehicle to factory specifications.
